This website is operated by UNIQUERON LLC, trading as Iron Power Nutrition (“Iron Power”, “we”, “us” or “our”), at 1401 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, Florida 33323, USA.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use ironpowernutrition.com, view product information, contact us or request a quote. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

02 Website and eligibility

The website provides general information about Iron Power Nutrition, food supplements and related commercial opportunities. It is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to submit a commercial enquiry or quote request.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and any interest in our products complies with the laws that apply where you are located.

03 Products, prices and quotes

Product descriptions, ingredients, pack sizes, images, availability and prices are provided for general information and may be corrected or updated. Packaging and appearance may differ from images. Always check the physical product label before use.

Where prices are displayed, they are independently set in USD, EUR and HUF for the relevant market rather than calculated as live currency conversions. Unless we state otherwise, any displayed price does not include delivery, customs duties, local taxes or other transaction-specific costs.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you keep any right to rely on those protections and to bring proceedings in a court available to you under mandatory local law.

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
